That’s the case for most of our travelers! 80-90% of our first time Wanderers arrive alone, but we promise you that by our first meal together (often even by the time our airport shuttle reaches the first hotel!) you’ll already feel at ease with your new friends!

We hear you! Traveling in general can be a daunting experience - new languages, foods, a break from our comfort zones back home - it’s a lot to take in! Our trip leaders are (literal) pros at building community and bringing people together in a way that never feels forced, and always invites you to bring your whole self (anxiety and all!) into the experience.

We are truly honored when someone chooses to share their first international travel experience with us! We’re committed to taking the best care of each of our travelers, but our trip leaders especially treasure the opportunity to help guide first-time Wanderers through a trip! From pre-trip welcome calls and help with packing lists to airport pickups and thoughtfully curated itineraries - we handle all the details so that you can just show up and have the time of your life!

Absolutely! While a deposit is required to hold your room, your final balance isn’t due until 60 days prior to departure - everything that happens in between is customizable! Just drop us a line at hello@wanderwildlyretreats.com and we’ll be happy to help get you sorted!
