AMADOR Yoga in CDMX
February 24-28, 2027
What would change if you gave yourself permission to pause?

Join Malik Khalid in the heart of Mexico City for an immersive wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, clarify your intentions, and create space for what matters most.
Through daily yoga, meditation, workshops, community conversations, cultural excursions, and shared meals, you'll step away from the noise of everyday life and into a supportive environment designed for reflection, growth, and meaningful connection.
This retreat isn't about perfection, flexibility, or escaping your life. It's about returning to yourself. Over the course of our time together, you'll learn practical tools for nervous system regulation, mindful movement, self-inquiry, and intentional living. You'll leave with greater clarity, a deeper relationship with yourself, and practices you can carry home long after the retreat ends.
Expect movement. Expect rest. Expect laughter, adventure, and moments of quiet. Most importantly, expect to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Come as you are.
Leave more connected, grounded, and empowered to act on what matters most.
